I moved to Granbury about 7 years ago with my husband and 2 boys. I initially fell in love with yoga for the physical fitness. Over the years I have grown to love yoga in a much deeper way. It is no longer just a physical practice for me. Yoga is where I find peace and calm. It’s where I can breathe. Really breathe. A few of my favorite parts of yoga are meditation, breath work, inversions, mindfulness and of course, practicing and leading Vinyasa. I work full time from home for a family practice where I get to chat with patients about lab results and hormones. I spend my spare time going to football and baseball games, as well as running an individualized meal prepping business.
