Imbolc Candlemas Ceremony

Every Wednesday night at 6pm is a FREE love offering for the community called The Sanctuary. All are welcome.

Once the winter solstice has passed, and we’ve celebrated Yule, the next Sabbat is Imbolc. Imbolc is the festival that begins at sundown on February 1st and ends at sundown on February 2. It is one of the eight sabbats for modern Wiccans. But, the Gaelic holiday is celebrated by many faiths. Christians celebrate this holiday as Candlemas to honor Mother Mary in the East, and Jesus in the West. At Open Hearts, we honor many faiths and many traditions, as we believe all paths lead to The Light. We will gather to share the ancient traditions of Imbolc, St. Brighid’s Day, and Candlemas Ceremony to light our way to spring. This is a free event for you and your spiritually minded guests! Gratitude donations gratefully accepted.
