10:30am Kundalini 101 and movement practice followed by SOUND BATH Savasana
1pm Bring your lunch if you’d like to stay afterward to walk the labyrinth and explore the land.

Days 2-40 at various times at Open Hearts Sanctuary and online, recordings available live on demand
