I’ve lived in Granbury almost all of my life, only leaving to attend college at TCU, but I came back here as quick as I could with my husband and son in tow. In 1996, my mom opened a meditation studio in Acton, just a few miles down the road from Open Hearts Yoga Sanctuary. Due to my mother’s influence, I have been interested in healing, energy work and deeply seeking spirituality since I was a young girl. I have tried and experimented with many different modalities over the years, including receiving my 200-hour yoga certification with the Living Yoga Program in 2007. In 2015, I discovered the practice of Wisdom Healing Qigong, and because of it’s profound positive influence on my life, I began to share this practice with anyone who would listen! Wisdom Healing Qigong is an ancient Chinese energy art that combines meditation, gentle movement and chanting to bring you into total alignment with health, happiness, inner peace and fulfillment. I am beyond excited to share with you this amazing practice that has completely changed my life!
